About Us
​​Integrated Strategy started as a conversation over dinner between two friends in their first jobs in higher education. One wanted to be a college president. The other said, “I want to build a boutique higher ed strategy consulting firm.”

Twenty-five years later, ISC was born as a response to a new generation of leaders who wanted something different—something more—from a consulting relationship.
Something Different
They were navigating institutions in transition and leading from lived experiences that weren’t reflected in the traditional consulting world.
They wanted a partner who could understand their context, help them lead through complexity, and walk with them through the hard parts - not interminable reports, slide decks, and legacy models.
